Bespoke Yoga Classes

Indulge, in affordable and bespoke one to one yoga classes at Shantam, a private yoga Shala based in Sydenham/Crystal Palace south east London. Bespoke classes and guidance, where each session is skillfully tailored to elevate both health and mindful pleasure. Classes taught are based on Hatha yoga principles for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
