A 15 minute online consultation with our practitioner. We look, we listen, and we tell you honestly what your skin would respond to.
Choosing a treatment from a menu means guessing which cause you have. That is where money and patience get spent on the wrong thing.
Sun pigmentation, a mark left behind by an old spot, and hormonal melasma can look almost identical. They do not respond to the same thing.
This can be dehydration, a barrier that needs rebuilding, or congestion sitting under the surface. The right answer changes with the cause.
Some scarring softens well. Some does not. What matters is knowing which you have before you spend anything.
1
15 minutes by video, at a time that suits you. £10 to hold the slot.
2
What you have noticed, what you have already tried, what you would like to change.
3
You get an honest read on what is going on and what would realistically help.
4
If treatment looks right for you, we arrange an in clinic assessment of your skin.
5
Approach, sessions and price are all confirmed before anything is booked or paid.
You will notice there are no treatment names below. That is deliberate. The concern is the starting point, not the answer.
Patches, sun marks and uneven tone. The cause decides the approach, so this is one to look at properly first.
Skin that has lost its light. Often about hydration and barrier health rather than anything dramatic.
Laxity along the jaw and cheeks. What helps depends on your skin, your age and your starting point.
Shadowing, crepiness and puffiness. A delicate area where the wrong choice shows quickly.
Results vary a great deal here, and honesty matters more than optimism. A consultation gives you a realistic picture before you commit.
She told me one of the things I came in for was not worth treating. I trusted everything she said after that.

I had been about to book a course of something I read about online. It was the wrong thing entirely.

It is not a discount, and it is not a sales appointment. The fee holds your slot and keeps the diary for people who genuinely want an opinion on their skin. If you go ahead with treatment, the £10 comes off the price.
If nothing we offer would genuinely help you, we will tell you that. You will finish the call knowing where you stand, which is worth more than a treatment that was never going to work.
Belle Vous Spa is part of Wellness Laser Centre, an independent clinic in London. You are not passed between a call centre, a salesperson and a therapist. The person who assesses your skin is the person who treats it.
That is the whole reason the consultation comes first. It is easier to be honest with someone when you are the one who has to look them in the eye afterwards.

Yes. Your first consultation is a 15 minute video call, so you can do it from home at a time that suits you.
If treatment looks appropriate for you, we arrange an in person assessment at the clinic. Your practitioner looks at your skin properly, talks through a plan, and confirms the price before anything goes ahead.
You get told that. An honest recommendation is the point of the consultation, and sometimes the honest recommendation is to do nothing, or to change something at home first.
Yes. If you decide not to go ahead, the £10 is refunded. If you do go ahead, it comes off the cost of your treatment.
The form takes about two minutes. We come back to you with booking details, and the call itself is 15 minutes. If you choose to come in, the clinic assessment is usually arranged within the following week.
Two minutes to ask. Fifteen minutes to find out where your skin actually stands.
15 minutes online. Refundable, and credited to your treatment if you go ahead.
