Based on private skin analysis and conversation, both client and therapist will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of your desired outcome.
Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary. If we have availability on the day, we will be happy to provide your desired treatment. However, most procedures are booked several days in advance.
Check-in at the front desk on time prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a health spa, we require that all new clients fill out a skin care & health questionnaire form online.

When booking online, a confirmation email request will be sent to you from Phorest. You will be required to confirm your booking with your payment card. You will be required to pay a holding deposit which will be deducted against your appointment.
Full customers card details are not stored in store nor held online, this is a secure payment system operated by an external finance institution called Sage, they the a duty to follow the strict rules of the financial legislation laws and data protection laws, so please be assured. Once you have completed your treatment, you will be asked for your permission to process the payment, using the payment card that you had used at the time to confirm the booking online. This makes paying for your treatments much more smoothly and completely contactless, no need to hunt around for your card.
You will also have an option to use another card or to pay with cash. Please contact us directly if you have any specific problems or queries you would like to discuss. If booking over the phone a 50% deposit will have to be made to confirm your booking. All deposits will be redeemable against your treatments.
All deposits will be refunded if cancelled within our policy guidelines of 48 hours before your appointments.
